Well this is the tool for this. Best method i used is the.bat files. I will put them here and tell you what to do. Extract 'TDU_CarPhysicsData.db' file from database.bnk 2. Place 'TDU_CarPhysicsData.db' into the same folder with tdudec.exe and tdudec_d_carphys.bat 3.

Double click tdudec_d_carphys - now you will have it decrypted - tdudec_e_carphys decrypts TDU_CarPhysicsData.db with a name of TDU_CarPhysicsData (without extension) - tdudec_e_carphys > encrypts TDU_CarPhysicsData into the TDU_CarPhysicsData.db so now you can just place them both into the same folder with tdudec.exe and both of my.bat files, then place TDU_CarPhysicsData.db in there and you can use.bat files to encrypt and decrypt by just doublecliking on them.
